Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all digital products offered through this website (3sets.org / 3sets.de) by Christian Nennemann / 3-Sets Method. By placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Contracting Parties
Seller and Merchant of Record: Paddle.com Market Ltd, 15 Briery Close, Great Oakley, Corby, Northamptonshire, NN18 8JG, United Kingdom. Paddle acts as reseller and is your contractual partner for payment processing.
Content provider: Christian Alexander Nennemann, Nennemann IT-Beratung & Software, Maillingerstraße 30, 80636 Munich, Germany.
3. Subject Matter
The subject matter of the contract are digital products, in particular e-books, worksheets, diagnostic reports, and workshop materials (collectively "digital content"). The specific characteristics are described in the respective product description.
4. Contract Formation
The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order. The contract is formed upon payment confirmation by Paddle.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros (EUR) and are final prices. As a small business owner pursuant to § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), no VAT is charged.
Payment is processed through Paddle. Available payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay) are displayed during the checkout process. Paddle may charge local taxes depending on your location.
6. Delivery
Digital content is delivered immediately after receipt of payment via email with a download link. Download links are valid for 24 hours. Re-downloads are available through the customer library.
Emails are sent from our own mail server. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@3sets.org.
7. Usage Rights
With your purchase, you acquire a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal purposes. This includes downloading, storing, and reading on your own devices.
Not permitted: sharing with third parties, resale, making publicly available, reproduction beyond private use, and removal of copyright notices.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Statutory withdrawal rights apply. The full cancellation policy can be found on our separate cancellation policy page.
9. Liability
Liability is governed by statutory provisions. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the typically foreseeable damage.
Liability for lost profits in cases of slight negligence is excluded. These liability limitations do not apply in cases of intent, gross negligence, or damages arising from injury to life, body, or health.
10. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If the customer is a merchant under the German Commercial Code (HGB), the place of jurisdiction is Munich.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected (severability clause).
