When the page is accessed, server log files are stored for technical reasons (IP address, browser type, OS, date/time). These data are not combined with other sources and are deleted after at most 7 days. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of the website).

This website is fully self-hosted, including all fonts. NO external CDNs, font providers, social media plugins, or ad networks are integrated. Exception: On pages with purchase functionality, Paddle.js (cdn.paddle.com) is loaded; Paddle may set functional cookies required for the checkout process. NO cookies are set for tracking or analytics. The browser's localStorage stores only technically necessary settings (language preference, theme setting). These values do not leave your device.

This website uses Umami, a privacy-friendly open-source analytics tool. Umami is self-hosted at analytics.nennemann.de — data does not leave our own server infrastructure and is not shared with third parties. Umami sets no cookies and collects no personal data. Only aggregated, anonymous usage data is recorded: pages visited, approximate country of origin (derived from an anonymised IP address that is not stored), device category, operating system, browser, and referrer. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving the service). Since no personal data is processed, no opt-out is required and no cookie banner is necessary.

When you contact me by email or phone, your details are stored for processing. No data is passed to third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract initiation) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries). Data is deleted once fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

When you download a document from this website, you are asked to enter your email address. Only the following data is stored: email address, name of the downloaded file, language version, and time of download. Data is stored on our own server in Germany.
