Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Christian Nennemann, Maillingerstraße 30, 80636 Munich, email: contact@3sets.org) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if: • You have expressly agreed that the performance of the contract (provision of the digital content) begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and • You have confirmed your knowledge that by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of the contract performance. This consent is obtained during the ordering process.

If you effectively withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement. Since payment processing is handled through Paddle, the refund will be processed via Paddle.

For digital content whose download has already commenced and where you consented to early contract performance and the loss of the right of withdrawal before purchase, withdrawal is excluded (§ 356 para. 5 BGB, German Civil Code).
